Our mission

Our mission is to ensure that people with dementia, acquired brain injury and other cognitive challenges can live happily and independently at home for as long as possible.

BBrain's healthcare technology provides support in daily life and focuses on both necessity and pleasure. We are in daily contact with clients, informal caregivers and healthcare professionals. Every contact is therefore a moment of customization. In everything we do, we function as a buddy for people.

The customer and helpdesk service is super great. If I could give an 11, the BBrain employees would get it from me instead of a 10. No queues on the phone. Employees who know what they are talking about. Beautiful products that are nice for seniors, etc.

Bought a dementia clock for my father. Customer service is always easily accessible for questions! They also think along with you! Now that my father has passed away, we no longer use your services, but I highly recommend them!
